What it is

Recover from any angle — no repositioning

A rotator carries its boom on a slewing turret that rotates a full 360° continuously, so the operator can lift a casualty, swing it clear and set it down anywhere around the truck without moving the chassis. That makes it the tool for overturned trucks, off-road recovery and tight highway scenes where a fixed-boom integrated wrecker can't reach. iTruck builds rotators from 16 to 100 ton with multi-stage HG70 booms, a hydraulic underlift for towing, and full outrigger stabilisation — every unit engineered to your chassis.

Warranty: structure (boom, underlift, subframe) 3 years; hydraulic, electrical and wear parts 2 years, from the date of shipment, normal wear excluded. 6 t and 8 t light rotators are also available on request — contact us for specifications.
Boom lift is the retracted rating; all booms rotate 360° continuously and tilt to 65°. Booms are HG70 — 2-stage on 16–20 T, 3-stage from 30 T. A turret-slide boom (extra horizontal reach, ~13 m on 50 T) and a 4-stage boom (up to 15 m reach on 50 T) are optional. Winches are planetary, DOT-certified; extra drag / side winches optional.
CA = distance from the cab to the centre of the last axle (not to the rear of the body); heavier units need more margin. Rear-axle setup is on the finished chassis — rotators run a rear tandem up to 30 T, a tri-axle at 40–50 T and a 5-axle chassis at 75–100 T. Full per-model spec sheets (extended ratings, outrigger spread, wire specs) on request — send your recovery weight and chassis and we'll spec the exact unit.
